What does the free plan include?
All levels N5–N1, 20 new practice questions and 20 word reviews per day, listening audio, explanations and the dictionary, plus 1 quick exam every 7 days and 1 full exam ever.
What does Pro unlock?
Unlimited practice questions and reviews, unlimited full and quick mock exams, and full exam history and analytics.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the app, go to Pro → Manage billing (the Stripe portal), and cancel there. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
What's the difference between Annual and Lifetime?
Annual renews once a year until cancelled. Lifetime is a single payment — no renewals — that keeps Pro active for as long as the service runs.
Can I look up words inside questions?
Yes — tap any Japanese word in a passage, script, question, or explanation to open its dictionary entry, then save it to your word list.
I found a wrong answer or a typo in a question.
Use the flag button on any question screen — it attaches the exact question to your report so we can fix it.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@jlptboi.com from your sign-in address and we will remove your profile, progress, and feedback within 30 days.
