Repeating the verb with 〜ても〜きれない expresses an immeasurable degree — cannot thank enough.

Practice 〜ても〜きれない →〜ても〜きれない = "no matter how much ~, it cannot be finished": 感謝しても感謝しきれない = gratitude exceeds what can be fully expressed. The same ます-stem verb repeats on both sides (感謝しても・感謝しきれない); the long service 長年支えてくれた supplies why the thanks is endless.
