〜ならいざ知らず
「一度だけならいざ知らず」 sets up the classic concession: once is excusable, but repeated occurrences can't be called coincidence.

Practice 〜ならいざ知らず →〜ならいざ知らず = 'if it is only X, I'll let it pass — but…'. The first clause grants that skipping explanation might be tolerable in emergencies; the main clause then asserts the everyday case is different and must not be excused. Only this pattern produces the concessive logic the two halves require — the distractors express contrast, means, or a range, none of which pits an excusable case against an inexcusable one.
