Tested at JLPT N4 — 11 practice questions below.
Practice 〜たことがある →〜たことがある ('have done ~ before') needs ta-form + ことがある: あなたは茶道をしたことがありますか — 'Have you ever done tea ceremony?' した follows the object 茶道を, ことが nominalizes it, and あり→ますか ask the question. ますか at ★ puts the question ending mid-sentence; した at ★ separates 茶道を from its verb; あり at ★ wedges the existential verb between した and ことが where it can't parse.
