〜に違いない

Having practiced that much, they must be able to win. 〜に違いない expresses the speaker's confident inference.

How it's used

「〜に違いない」 means 'must be / I am sure that ~' — a confident deduction based on evidence, here his facial expression (表情を見ると). The other three options all weaken or negate the claim (ことはない, とは限らない, わけではない), while the sentence needs the affirmative inference that something is on his mind.
