どんなに〜ても
「どんなに〜ても」concedes any degree of busyness: however busy it gets, mealtime is still protected.

Practice どんなに〜ても →どんなに pairs with the ても conditional to mean "no matter how ~," conceding an unlimited degree before an unchanging main clause. However great the busyness, the speaker still makes time to eat. むしろ states a preference, せっかく marks effort at stake, and まるで requires a simile predicate — none license the ても concession.
