〜に関して
「に関して」marks この問題 as the topic about which expert opinions must be sought.

Practice 〜に関して →〜に関して means "regarding/concerning" and marks the topic or target of an action such as hearing opinions. The sentence names the issue and then states the need to consult specialists, so a topic marker is required. に反して (contrary to) and に沿って (in line with) treat 問題 as a standard to defy or follow, and に加えて demotes it to a mere add-on.
