〜ことはない
〜ことはない tells the listener there is no need to worry alone when something is unclear.
Tested at JLPT N2 — 4 practice questions below.
Practice 〜ことはない →V-辞書形 + ことはない reassures the listener that an action is unnecessary — 'you don't have to ~'. The context of feeling unwell calls for this soft advice about necessity. 「わけがない」 asserts impossibility, 「ものではない」 states a general rule of conduct ('shouldn't, as a matter of principle'), and 「ほどではない」 compares degree — none of them expresses 'no need'.
