〜うちに
温かいうちに means 'while it is still warm' — eat before the dish cools down.

Practice 〜うちに →〜うちに attaches to a continuing state (here the i-adjective 温かい) and means 'while ~ remains true, before it changes'. The imperative 食べてください must fall inside that window. 「たびに」 requires a repeated verb event, 「ところに」 an event interrupting a moment, and 「一方で」 a contrast — only うちに gives 'while still ~'.
