お待ちください is the honorific request お＋stem＋ください: "I'll call the person in charge, so please wait here."

Practice 〜てください →お + masu-stem + ください politely asks the listener to perform that action; here the speaker says "I'll check, so please wait a moment." The other choices flip the roles or the speech act: お待ちしております and お待ちできます are humble forms describing the speaker's own waiting, and お待ちしましょう is a suggestion ("let's wait") — none are requests directed at the customer.
